About the Role

VineForge Technologies, based in Hyderabad, specializes in building websites, custom web applications, e-commerce stores, SaaS products, UI/UX design, and business automation solutions. The Business Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews.
• Prepare requirement specifications and user stories.
• Support solution design for web, e-commerce, SaaS, and automation projects.
• Create process workflows.
• Coordinate with development and design teams.
• Assist in testing and validation of solutions.
• Support project delivery through clear communication and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver clear documentation in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
