About the Role
The Owner role at GarunaCDX is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and operations of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client engagements end-to-end, including discovery, process mapping, solution design, and implementation of custom systems, CRMs, ERPs, and automations.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Guide technical and consulting teams.
- Prioritize projects and ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
- Business development and partnership building.
- Financial oversight.
- Continuous improvement of internal workflows and service offerings.
- Represent GarunaCDX in the market, maintain the firm’s AI-native and human-led approach.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience in operations, process design, or management consulting.
- Ability to analyze workflows and translate them into practical systems and solutions.
- Background in technology, product, or software implementation.
- Familiarity with CRMs, ERPs, workflow automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience building and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
- Business development and client management capabilities, including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, negotiating engagements, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex operational and technical concepts in clear, practical language.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai.
- Engaging directly with clients.
- Occasional travel within India as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with or serving verticals such as healthcare, education, marketplaces, or service businesses is beneficial.
