Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day welding, fabrication, and fitting tasks for metal structures and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Measure and mark materials.
• Cut and prepare metal.
• Assemble components prior to welding.
• Perform different welding techniques.
• Check weld quality.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• This is a full-time, on-site role.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Welding
• Arc Welding
• TIG Welding
• MIG Welding
• Knowledge of Materials (different metals, their properties, and appropriate welding techniques).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with welding tools, cutting equipment, and fabrication machinery.
• Basic maintenance skills.
• Commitment to safety practices, use of protective equipment, and adherence to company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in welding and fabrication.
• Vocational training or certification in welding or fabrication is beneficial.
• Good physical stamina.
• Manual dexterity.
• Ability to work on-site in a workshop or industrial environment.
