About the Role
The Quantity Surveyor role at SNS Interiors and Consultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior projects.
- Assisting with tender preparation.
- Analyzing costs for interior projects.
- Tracking project expenditures.
- Monitoring budgets.
- Managing cost variations.
- Supporting the preparation of interim and final bills.
- Collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure accurate measurements, timely cost reporting, and compliance with contract terms.
- Maintaining organized documentation.
- Providing regular cost updates to support informed decision-making.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Excel
- Relevant quantity surveying or estimation software
Qualifications
- Strong skills in BOQ preparation and quantity take-off for interior works.
- Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Management.
- Skills in Cost Control and Cost Reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and local market rates.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines on-site in Mumbai.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
