About the Role

Level Up USA has an opportunity for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our advertising and marketing firm. We are looking for candidates with potential and an ambitious drive to help us continue to grow our sales initiatives within the Cincinnati area.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue for our products through new client acquisition and upselling of products and services to existing clients as assigned by management.
• Actively participate in experiential sales & marketing campaigns.
• Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects and creating new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts.
• Execute successful client contract negotiations and renewals.
• Meet daily and weekly KPIs.
• Speak to as many customers as possible daily.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the industry, our products and services, and the competitive landscape.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Associate’s Degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
• No prior experience is required.
• Able to manage all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Positive track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to meet clients’ needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues, based on mutual respect and integrity.
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Candidate must be available to begin working in Cincinnati, OH within the calendar month.
