Software Trainee

About the Role

T & H Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Software Trainee to join its technical team. The role offers an opportunity to build practical experience in software development, database management, Microsoft technologies, application maintenance, and technical support while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with developing, testing, maintaining, and updating software applications.
• Write and execute SQL queries and support database-related activities using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Work with .NET technologies and Microsoft-based applications.
• Help identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Support application performance improvements, debugging, and testing activities.
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Coordinate with senior developers and team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL, database management, C#, and .NET Framework or .NET Core.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, Visual Studio, Windows applications, web application development, debugging, and testing is desirable.
• Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving ability, communication skills, willingness to learn, and a collaborative approach.
