Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition (TA) Fresher to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn recruitment processes, and an interest in sourcing and hiring suitable candidates across various job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and hiring criteria from the recruitment team.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls to assess communication skills, experience, interest, availability, and salary expectations.
• Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, and company details to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate information, interview feedback, and recruitment trackers accurately.
• Update candidate profiles and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offer follow-ups, salary discussions, and candidate joining formalities.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets while maintaining data accuracy and candidate engagement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with candidates.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
• Willingness to learn sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and job portal usage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Qualifications

• Any graduate or postgraduate degree; HR or Management specialization is preferred.
• Freshers with an interest in Talent Acquisition and recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or academic project experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Must be willing to work from the office in Hyderabad.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
