The Independent Business Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges.
- Analyze current operations.
- Recommend practical solutions aligned with Bada Business frameworks and programs.
- Conduct business assessments.
- Prepare presentations and reports.
- Facilitate training or workshops.
- Guide clients on growth strategies in areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Communicate regularly with internal teams.
- Attend strategy meetings.
- Stay updated on Bada Business course content and tools.
- Support client onboarding.
- Track outcomes.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business performance, identify gaps, and interpret data-driven insights.
- Consulting and Management Consulting skills to diagnose client needs, design interventions, and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Communication skills to present complex ideas clearly, conduct client meetings, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Finance-related skills to understand financial statements, assess profitability, and support clients in making sound business decisions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience working with SMEs or in advisory roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Indian business environments is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
- Ability to maintain professional integrity in a consulting setting.
- Comfort with digital tools, online learning platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
