About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications.
• Assist with procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and other clinical staff to implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and post-care instructions.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
• Participate in shift handovers.
• Support emergency care when needed.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Clinical nursing skills: patient assessment, medication administration, and care planning.
• Knowledge of: basic life support (BLS), emergency response, and infection control procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to use electronic health records.
• Ability to follow hospital policies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment.
• Ability to manage multiple patients with attention to detail and compassion.

Qualifications

• Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing).
• Current nursing registration with appropriate regulatory body.
• Previous experience in hospital or nursing home settings is preferred but not mandatory.
