About Us

Reaasi is a pre-launch D2C brand led by IITR alum. We have raised pre-seed funding backed by founders of Souled Store, TIGC, partners from Investment banking, and strong startup operators. We aim to become a 5000 Crore brand by 2030, with technology at the core of this goal. We are building one of India's first truly AI-native, tech-first D2C brands.

About the Role

We are looking for a Founding Engineer who is an Entrepreneur, Builder, and Mr. Figureoutable. This role is for someone who can independently take products from idea to deployment and owns the entire tech stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Build our website, mobile app, and customer-facing experiences.
• Build AI agents and automate workflows across marketing, operations, customer experience, and more.
• Experiment with new AI tools, ship quickly, break things, and fix things.
• Own the entire tech stack, from writing code to deploying products.
• Eventually help build the tech team as we scale.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong full-stack engineer.
• AI enthusiast, problem solver, with serious entrepreneurial energy.
• High bias for action: Prefers shipping quickly over extended discussion.
• Ability to build for web and mobile (or confidence in learning necessary skills).
• Genuine excitement and up-to-date knowledge in building products using AI, LLMs, agents, and automation.
• Thinks like a founder, not just an engineer.
• Loves ownership, ambiguity, and figuring things out.
• Experience building AI agents, agentic AI systems that are used in production and at scale is a bonus.
• Ex-founders or ex-founding engineers at funded startups is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from tier-1 colleges - IIT/BITS/IIIT.

Important Notes

• This role may involve a pay cut if maximizing salary is the top priority.
• The focus is on ownership, learning, building incredible things, and long-term upside.
• Expect meaningful ESOPs and real decision-making power.
