About the Role
Clemson Creative Academy is seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to work with all age groups. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Willingness to effectively substitute for any position as needed, including covering staff breaks, filling in for absences, and assuming classroom duties before or after scheduled shifts.
- Demonstrate patience, kindness, and positive interactions with children, parents, and staff.
- Operate as a team player and assist where needed under the direction of the lead teacher.
- Physical ability to work around small children, including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass all background checks.
- Previous childcare experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 5:45 pm
Compensation
- $13-$14/hr based on education and experience.
