Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered, evidence-based care across medical-surgical and specialty units under the supervision of experienced preceptors.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and document in the EHR.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Support patient care.
- Participate in nurse residency programs, skills labs, and ongoing education to facilitate transition to practice.
