- Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
- Shift Timings: 9 AM - 6 PM EST (Monday to Friday)
- Language Requirement: Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain recent vital sign readings from patient-owned devices, such as glucose meters and pulse oximeters.
- Guide patients in checking blood pressure, temperature, weight, or heart rate if they have home monitoring equipment.
- Document the chief complaint and current symptoms in the EHR before the provider's consultation.
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history, medications, allergies, and recent treatments.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Medical Assistant in a remote or clinical setting.
Certifications
- Any healthcare-related certification is required, such as CMA, CCMA, CNA, RMA, or equivalent.
