Field Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical verification of clients, residential addresses, business premises, and other relevant details.
• Visit customers with overdue loans, NPA accounts, and defaulted payments to assess account status and follow up on outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with clients for the recovery of overdue instalments and outstanding loan amounts.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repayment schedules and pending payments.
• Manage all assigned field activities, including customer visits, document collection, and verification.
• Maintain accurate records of field visits, verification findings, recovery progress, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the office team and management to provide timely updates on field activities and recovery cases.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must own a bike or scooty and have a valid driving licence.
• Must be comfortable conducting daily field visits and interacting with clients.
• Possess good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Must be responsible, punctual, and capable of independently managing assigned field tasks.
• Must be residing within approximately 5–7 km of Vikaspuri, New Delhi.
• Candidates residing near Vikaspuri and available to join field duties promptly will be preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in loan recovery, collections, field verification, or banking/NBFC operations will be preferred.
