About the Role
The Field Operations Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day cafeteria and dining operations across assigned client locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising field staff.
- Coordinating food service schedules.
- Ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Monitoring service delivery.
- Addressing operational issues promptly.
- Working closely with food partners and facility management teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Tracking performance metrics.
- Managing shift rosters.
- Conducting site inspections.
- Supporting the rollout of new processes and initiatives.
- Engaging with client representatives and end users to resolve concerns.
- Driving customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improving workplace dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and workforce scheduling.
- Hands-on expertise in Field Operations and Field Service within food services, hospitality, or facilities management.
- Solid Operations Management capabilities, including process implementation, compliance adherence, and resource optimization.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and respond to service feedback constructively.
- Relevant experience in institutional food services, catering, hospitality, or workplace cafeteria management is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in Hyderabad, adapt to dynamic operational needs, and maintain high standards under pressure.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, operations, business administration, or a related field preferred.
