About the Role
AMEYZA EXIM is a Pune-based exporter specializing in premium herbal products for global nutraceutical, herbal, and food industries. This is a full-time, on-site Export Executive role based in Pune District.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day export operations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory agencies.
- Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Handle inquiries from international clients.
- Prepare quotations.
- Negotiate orders.
- Support sales activities in export markets.
- Maintain records of shipments.
- Monitor compliance with export regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and inventory availability.
- Communicate regularly with overseas customers and logistics partners to resolve issues and support smooth export transactions.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Export Documentation and related compliance processes.
- Knowledge of Export and Import Export procedures, including incoterms and logistics coordination.
- Understanding of International Trade practices and regulatory requirements.
- Skills in Sales for handling international customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
- Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or export management software.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Relevant experience in export operations, preferably in agricultural, herbal, or food products.
- Diploma or degree in Commerce, International Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
