About the Role

The Manpower Consultancy Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves collaborating with manpower agencies and recruitment partners to source, screen, and onboard blue-collar candidates for multiple clients and job categories. The partner will manage end-to-end recruitment operations, maintain strong relationships with external vendors, and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate pipelines.
• Monitor performance metrics.
• Resolve operational issues.
• Align manpower partners with Vahan.ai’s standards and processes.
• Provide regular reporting.
• Make process improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with internal business, operations, and product teams to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or manpower consultancy, preferably focused on blue-collar or high-volume hiring.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills for working with external agencies, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and pipeline tracking.
• Comfort with using digital tools and data dashboards for reporting, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in English and at least one Indian language.
• Proven organizational and time-management abilities.
• Prior experience in tech-enabled staffing platforms, HR operations, or workforce management is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical, inclusive hiring practices.
• Interest in positively impacting the livelihoods of blue-collar workers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications in HR, business, or related fields are a plus.
