Front End Developer Intern, India

About the Role

Skillzenloop is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Front End Developer Intern for building responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web applications. The selected candidate will work on frontend development tasks, practise modern web technologies, and gain practical experience in creating interactive user interfaces in a remote working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Assist in building interactive user interfaces for web applications.
• Convert design concepts and wireframes into functional web pages.
• Ensure website compatibility across different browsers and devices.
• Implement responsive layouts for desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable frontend code.
• Identify and resolve basic UI bugs and frontend issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve website usability and performance.
• Assist in integrating frontend components with backend APIs.
• Follow web development standards and maintain consistency across pages.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and improving existing interfaces.
• Use Git and GitHub to manage code changes and collaborate on projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles.
• Familiarity with Flexbox, CSS Grid, and modern layout techniques.
• Basic understanding of DOM manipulation and browser behaviour.
• Familiarity with React.js is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub is preferred.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs is beneficial.
• Good attention to detail and a user-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
• Freshers and entry-level candidates.
• Candidates with personal websites, academic projects, or frontend development portfolios.
• Applicants should have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection.

Internship Details

• Duration: 1–3 Months
• Stipend: ₹15,000–₹16,000 per month
