About the Role
This is a remote internship role for a Web Developer at VayuX Systems. The Web Developer intern will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and internal tools that support cybersecurity research and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing front-end interfaces.
- Building and optimizing back-end services.
- Integrating APIs.
- Ensuring responsive, accessible, and secure web experiences.
- Translating technical requirements into functional web solutions.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Contributing to documentation.
- Troubleshooting issues.
- Testing new features.
- Continuously learning modern web development practices and security-focused design principles.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Skills in Front-End Development and Web Design.
- Skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming.
- Skills in general Web Development.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) is beneficial.
- Experience or coursework in server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or similar), databases, and RESTful services is an advantage.
- Interest in cybersecurity, secure coding practices, and performance optimization is highly valued.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Currently pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
