About the Role

This full-time, on-site position is based in Bensenville, IL. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing detailed information about moving, packing, crating, and storage services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about residential and commercial moving, packing, crating, and storage services.
• Qualify leads.
• Prepare and follow up on estimates.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Coordinate with operations for smooth scheduling and service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Address service concerns.
• Contribute to sales goals through proactive lead generation and consistent customer communication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Inside Sales skills, including comfort with phone-based selling and follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in moving, logistics, or related service industries is beneficial but not required.
• Additional education in business or sales is a plus.
