Key Responsibilities
- Learn to work at various stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere.
- Prepare real food by hand daily.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
- No experience required; training will be provided.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Prior experience as a dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, eligible for digital tips.
