Creative Intern, Copy

About the Role

This is an on-site internship opportunity for a Creative Intern- Copy at VOLUME. The intern will work closely with the creative team to develop engaging copy and content for various communication platforms, including print, digital, social media, and audiovisual media. The role offers hands-on experience in advertising, creative concept development, storytelling, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the creative team in understanding client briefs and developing relevant creative concepts and copy.
• Write engaging headlines, taglines, captions, social media posts, and advertising copy under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute ideas for advertising campaigns across print, digital, outdoor (OOH), and audiovisual platforms.
• Research clients' products, services, competitors, and target audiences to develop relevant and effective communication.
• Collaborate with art directors and designers to develop creative concepts and ensure alignment between copy and visuals.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, correct grammar, and consistency with the brief.
• Assist in preparing concept boards, presentations, and other creative materials for internal reviews and client presentations.
• Revise and refine copy based on feedback from creative directors and team members.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for campaigns and brand communication.
• Stay updated on advertising trends, popular culture, social media trends, and current affairs to inspire creative ideas.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate with strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to proofread and edit advertising copy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
