AI Filmmaker

About the Role

ReviewUAE is a UAE-focused digital media and entertainment platform. The AI Filmmaker will create short and long-form video content using AI-powered tools and platforms, tailored to ReviewUAE’s entertainment and lifestyle audience. This is a contract, remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate concepts for video content.
• Script video content.
• Generate and edit AI-assisted video sequences.
• Add sound and graphics to videos.
• Optimize content for digital distribution.
• Collaborate with editors and content leads to align video output with platform themes (e.g., movie reviews, events, local experiences, celebrity updates).
• Meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Analyze performance metrics to refine creative approaches.
• Ensure content is accessible, engaging, and suitable for diverse audiences.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with AI video creation tools.
• Proficiency with video editing software.
• Proficiency with basic motion graphics.
• Ability to integrate AI-generated visuals and audio effectively.
• Strong storytelling, scripting, and visual narrative skills.
• Ability to adapt stories to short-form and long-form formats for digital platforms.
• Understanding of digital media, social platforms, and content formats relevant to entertainment, lifestyle, events, and reviews.
• Understanding of audience engagement best practices.
• Solid research skills.
• Awareness of UAE culture, cinema, entertainment trends, and local experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to meet agreed timelines and deliverables.
• Prior experience in filmmaking, video production, digital content creation, or media.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-assisted or experimental video work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
