Sales Management Trainee

About the Role

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for their respected Sales Management Trainee Program. This position is located in Philadelphia. The target compensation is $57,530 annually, based on an hourly rate of $22.58 plus applicable overtime for a 46-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Engage in hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Establish community relationships to build business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to prioritize customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
• Must be living in Philadelphia within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, social, or academic organizations
• Sports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
