About the Role

Powerhouse Consulting is seeking an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate for its growing Philadelphia team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on developing professional skills in customer engagement, marketing campaigns, and sales through face-to-face marketing and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent marketing campaigns for well-known brands.
• Engage with customers in a retail environment.
• Share product information and answer questions.
• Support lead generation and promotional efforts.
• Work alongside team leaders on daily campaign execution.
• Learn the fundamentals of customer acquisition and sales.
