FRONT DESK WITH KNOWLEDGE OF IDS

About the Role

Skycity Hotel Gurgaon is seeking a Front Desk staff member with knowledge of IDS. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception desk operations.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Address guest inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records in the IDS system.
• Ensure excellent customer service experiences.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette.
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties.
• Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, problem-solving, and creating positive guest experiences.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Computer Literacy.
• Familiarity with IDS system usage.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional hotel management software is an advantage.
