About the Role
The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The person in this role will plan and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for LetsAlgoIt’s website and digital properties, aligning all activity with business and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing keyword research.
- Optimizing on-page elements.
- Conducting SEO audits.
- Monitoring performance through analytics and reporting tools.
- Managing link-building initiatives.
- Collaborating with content and marketing teams.
- Supporting social media marketing to improve search rankings and traffic quality.
- Consistent tracking of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure best practices are applied and the company’s search presence remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Strong keyword research skills, including volume analysis, search intent assessment, and competitor keyword benchmarking.
- On-page SEO expertise, covering meta tags, headings, internal linking, URL structures, and content optimization for target keywords.
- Link-building capabilities, including outreach, relationship building, and management of high-quality backlinks from relevant sources.
- Experience with SEO audits, including technical checks, site structure review, and identification of issues impacting crawlability and indexation.
- Familiarity with social media marketing to support SEO goals through content promotion and audience engagement.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research platforms) is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product, content, and engineering teams, and to adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
