About the Role
An Associate is needed to join the growing Digital Infrastructure team at a well-established mid-market investment bank. This role offers strong M&A deal exposure, direct interaction with senior bankers, and the opportunity for meaningful responsibility throughout the transaction lifecycle on a highly active advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute M&A transactions across the Digital Infrastructure sector.
- Develop and review financial models, valuations, and transaction analyses.
- Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and transaction documentation.
- Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout deal execution.
- Support strategic advisory mandates and business development initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Current Investment Banking Associate with strong M&A execution experience.
- Digital Infrastructure transaction experience is essential.
- Background in TMT, Infrastructure, or sector-focused M&A.
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused environment.
