About the Role
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing leads, and conducting sales visits or presentations to prospective clients. The role includes developing and executing marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance. The specialist will collaborate with technical and operations teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and product information tailored to client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, providing product training or demonstrations when needed, and supporting sales management in planning and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- MS Office proficiency.
- Basic CRM tools proficiency for reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management.
- Experience in Training (product or service presentations, guiding customers on solutions).
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
- Self-motivated.
- Organized.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of engineering or industrial products and services beneficial.
