G&M Service Group has provided recurring services to HOA communities since 2022. Our work includes porter services, dog-station care, common-area upkeep, and maintenance within an agreed scope. We’re now growing our outreach to HOA and apartment communities in the Austin area.
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, self-directed person to help introduce G&M to HOA and apartment community managers and build new business relationships. This is a part-time position for someone who communicates professionally, follows up consistently, and is comfortable representing a local service business. You’ll focus on finding prospects, starting conversations, following up, and helping arrange walkthroughs. The owner will handle service scope and pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify HOA and apartment management companies and potential clients in the Austin area.
- Contact community and property managers to introduce G&M’s services.
- Build professional relationships and follow up with prospective clients.
- Help organize or attend local networking events and lunch-and-learns.
- Track prospects, conversations, and next steps.
- Coordinate community walkthroughs and quote requests with the owner.
Qualifications
- Clear, professional communication.
- Organized and dependable follow-through.
- Able to work independently and keep outreach moving.
- Available for approximately 6–8 hours per week.
- Able to travel locally for meetings and events.
- Sales, appointment-setting, HOA, apartment, or property-management experience is helpful, but not required.
- No degree required.
