About the Role

DOPE MONKEY is a social media and digital marketing agency seeking creative and enthusiastic interns to learn digital marketing and work on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and post social media content.
• Identify trending topics, reels, and content ideas.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Track likes, reach, engagement, and performance.
• Support influencer collaborations.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors.
• Complete tasks on time and learn continuously.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Interest in social media and digital marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or LinkedIn.
• Creativity and good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Punctuality and responsibility.
• No prior experience required.
• Projects or portfolios are a plus.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Month 1: Unpaid training and evaluation.
• Months 2–3: Stipend based on performance.
• Post-3 Months: Selected interns may receive confirmation based on performance.
• After Confirmation: Fixed compensation of ₹5,000 per month.
