About the Role
The Digital Marketing Intern will support the execution of local digital marketing campaigns for NearGrow Ads’ clients in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting with social media content planning and posting, helping optimize Google Business Profiles, and contributing to Google Maps SEO and online visibility efforts. The intern will help monitor and report on campaign performance, gather insights from web analytics tools, and support the creation of ad creatives and basic marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the internal team.
- Conduct online research on local competitors and trends.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaign activities and outcomes.
- Assist with social media content planning and posting.
- Help optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Contribute to Google Maps SEO and online visibility efforts.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
- Gather insights from web analytics tools.
- Support the creation of ad creatives and basic marketing collateral.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) is beneficial.
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
- Interest in local business growth strategies.
- Skills in Social Media Marketing, including basic content planning and platform management.
- Skills in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics and reports.
- Strong Communication skills for clear written and verbal interaction with internal teams and, when needed, clients.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Curiosity to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and suggesting improvements.
