About The Job
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), the mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. This is achieved by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with product partners, and proposing fixes and features that elevate engagement with Google's product ecosystem. Additionally, a range of product services ensure products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration).

You will maintain integration documentation, draft practical implementation guides, and provide sample code. As the primary technical bridge to partners, you will identify integration friction points, diagnose live transaction issues, and package real-world feedback for internal Product and Engineering teams to shape future platform enhancements.
