Project - PMO Analyst, TS/SCI (Polygraph eligible) at Deloitte
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager with project management office (PMO) governance, planning, reporting, and coordination activities for a Workday deployment.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and meeting materials for project leadership and stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans and logs for risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; track action items, decisions, and follow-up activities.
- Facilitate delivery assurance activities, including working sessions, status reviews, and tracking of risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
- Coordinate across functional and technical workstreams supporting Workday Financial Management, Human Capital Management, and Student deployment activities.
- Complete the Workday Scorecard Manager Certification as required.

Qualifications
- 1+ years of project management office (PMO) experience supporting a software deployment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must have active TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- You must reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required.
- You can expect to co-locate on average 5 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Workday software deployment.
- Experience supporting higher education or government clients.
- Active Polygraph clearance.
