Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role

Onvyn is seeking a versatile and creative Freelance Graphic Designer & Video Editor based in or near Pune to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role will involve taking ownership of our visual presence across static design and video media.

Key Responsibilities

• Graphic Design:
• Design high-performing social media posts, ad creatives, promotional banners, presentations, and brand collateral aligned with Onvyn's brand guidelines.
• Video Editing:
• Edit raw footage into engaging short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form video content.
• Incorporate motion graphics, dynamic transitions, captions, and balanced audio.
• Content Strategy & Execution:
• Translate project briefs into visually compelling assets optimized for performance across digital and marketing channels.
• Brand Consistency:
• Maintain consistent visual quality, color schemes, typography, and aesthetic standards across all creative deliverables.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with internal teams to refine creative concepts and iterate based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in both graphic design and video editing. A combined portfolio or showreel demonstrating both skill sets is required.
• Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent industry tools (e.g., Figma, DaVinci Resolve).
• Visual Sense: Solid foundation in layout design, typography, color theory, storyboarding, video pacing, and storytelling.
• Workflow: Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup (Pune area), meet deadlines, and deliver polished, ready-to-publish files in standard formats.
