Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn, experiment with design, and work on real-world digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual creatives for digital advertising campaigns.
• Adapt existing designs into different sizes and formats for various ad platforms.
• Resize and modify creatives for social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.
• Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creative assets.
• Make design changes based on feedback from the creative team and clients.
• Work closely with the content, social media, and performance marketing teams to deliver creatives on time.
• Organize design files and maintain consistency across campaign assets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colours, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to adapt designs into multiple sizes while maintaining visual quality.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and incorporate feedback.
• A portfolio of college projects, personal designs, or freelance work is preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshers who are passionate about graphic design.
• Candidates with up to one year of experience in graphic design or digital creatives.
• Individuals who enjoy working on digital ads, experimenting with layouts, and improving their design skills.
