Job Title: Process Specialist -JL3

About the Role

Walk-in drive for Supply Chain Management roles at Infosys BPM in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quote and order processes.
• Handle inventory management.
• Provide customer service and dispute resolution.
• Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Minimum upload/download speed of 2 MBPS (for remote registration requirements)

Qualifications

• Any Graduates
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Prior experience in the BPO industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with the petrochemical domain is a strong advantage.
• Graduation completion certificate and mark sheets are required for onboarding.

Skills & Expertise

• Strong communication abilities.
• Proven track record of engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in Quote and Order Management.
• Working knowledge of Inventory Management, customer service, and dispute resolution.
• Solid understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

Work Environment

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Must be physically present in the office on all working days.

• Rounds:
• Round 1: Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)
• Round 2: Ops Screening Face to Face interview (12:30 PM to 04:00 PM)
