This full-time Research Assistant Internship is an on-site role based in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing research projects by assisting with experimental design, data collection, and documentation under the guidance of senior researchers.
• Perform laboratory procedures.
• Maintain lab equipment and records.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Organize and analyze research data.
• Prepare summaries or reports for internal review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in research discussions.
• Contribute to optimizing protocols and workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities to interpret experimental results and identify trends.
• Solid Research skills, including literature review, experimental planning, and documentation of findings.
• Laboratory Skills relevant to pharmaceutical or scientific research, including handling reagents, instruments, and adherence to safety protocols.
• Effective Communication skills for reporting results, collaborating with team members, and presenting findings clearly.
• Relevant coursework or experience in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields is beneficial.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow standardized procedures are important.
• Familiarity with basic statistical tools or software for data analysis is an advantage.
• Enrollment in or recent completion of a bachelor’s program in a scientific or healthcare discipline is preferred.
