Position: Research Analyst – Contact Discovery
Location: Magarpatta, Pune (Hybrid)
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies and identify relevant decision-makers based on client requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other research tools for contact discovery.
- Understand client Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), including target industries, company sizes, job titles, and geographies across global markets.
- Identify and validate company information and relevant business contacts.
- Maintain and update research data using MS Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy and follow campaign-specific quality guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in B2B research, lead generation, or contact discovery.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
- Good computer and system skills.
- Understanding of B2B client requirements and ICPs across global markets.
- Strong research skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
