Data Analyst Intern & IT HR Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Global Consulting (GC) is seeking enthusiastic freshers and students for an internship offering practical experience in IT Project Coordination, Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Operations, and Hospitality Management. Interns will work on live business activities, internal IT projects, recruitment coordination, operational reporting, and the Weekend Villa luxury hospitality project. This internship focuses on developing professional skills through hands-on experience and exposure to various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Project Coordination

• Assist in coordinating IT, software development, and technology-related projects.

• Track project tasks, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate with developers, engineers, customers, and internal teams.

• Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, reports, and documentation.

• Assist with customer communication, follow-ups, and scheduling.

• Support project managers in monitoring project progress and resolving coordination issues.

• Gain exposure to software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and AI-based applications.

• HR & Recruitment Coordination

• Assist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing, and CV screening.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and follow-ups.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation.

• Support onboarding, attendance, and other HR administration activities.

• Coordinate with candidates, employees, and internal departments.

• Assist with job postings, recruitment campaigns, and HR reporting.

• Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

• Collect, organize, and analyze business and operational data.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Create dashboards, charts, and management reports.

• Track business performance, operational activities, and key metrics.

• Assist with data cleaning, reporting, and identifying business trends.

• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Weekend Villa – Hospitality & Business Analytics

• Maintain and analyze booking inquiries, reservations, occupancy, and revenue data.

• Track booking sources, customer inquiries, conversion rates, and guest feedback.

• Analyze weekday versus weekend occupancy, seasonal demand, and holiday booking patterns.

• Research competing villas, resorts, and holiday properties for pricing, amenities, and offer comparison.

• Assist with pricing analysis, occupancy planning, and revenue forecasting.

• Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and digital marketing performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve bookings, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with marketing, guest relations, and property operations teams.
