About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Diploma role in Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily plant and process operations.
• Monitoring equipment.
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring smooth material handling and production workflows.
• Collecting and recording operational data.
• Following standard operating procedures.
• Coordinating with supervisors and technical staff to resolve routine issues.
• Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
• Complying with quality guidelines.
• Assisting in documentation related to production and inventory as needed.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Diploma in Engineering (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, or a related field) from a recognized institution.
• Foundational understanding of industrial plant operations, material handling processes, and basic equipment monitoring.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines accurately.
• Basic computer literacy for recording data, preparing simple reports, and communicating with team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in on-site industrial environments.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with supervisors, peers, and support staff.
• Prior internship or experience in manufacturing, minerals, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
