About the Role
Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.
Key Responsibilities
- Authoring of SB for all programs.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
- Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes and methodologies.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
Professional Technical Skills
- Experience in Standard SB, Transverse, and upgrade services of SB.
- Knowledge of Cabin, Connectivity, and Systems on A320, A330, A350, and A380 fleet.
- Collection of documents and information gathered to support SBO creation.
- Customer support for engineering requests—analysis and resolution of operational and engineering requests for operators of Airbus civil aircraft in service.
- Creation and revision of Service Bill of Material.
- Study of engineering drawings, familiarization with international aerospace standards ATA 100, iSpec 2200, S1000D.
- Creation of CRP relations with configuration management analysis.
- Knowledge of VSB creation and modification.
- Quality checks on STD and upgrade services of different types of SB.
- Tools knowledge: SAMM/GIPSY/GIDOCA/AIRINA/IMS/DACAS/AIRNAVX.
- Experience in Front office query management (nice to have).
- Ability to understand and use ASD-STE.
- Overall experience of at least 2+ years in creation and modification of SB documentation for Airbus civil aircraft only.
