Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Field HR professional to support our Bangalore operations, with a primary focus on blue-collar recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and recruit blue-collar employees for store and operational roles. Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Employee Engagement: Build strong employee relationships, address grievances, and support employee retention.
• Attendance & HR Operations: Monitor attendance, check-in/check-out compliance, leave records, and other HR-related activities.
• Field Visits & Employee Connect: Visit outlets and operational locations regularly to interact with employees and understand their concerns.
• Onboarding & Documentation: Manage joining formalities, document collection, employee records, and induction.
• Operations Coordination: Work closely with Operations Managers and team leaders to understand manpower requirements and ensure smooth workforce management.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore for field visits.
• Comfortable with blue-collar hiring and employee coordination.
• Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented.
