About the Role

The Associate Broker role at Beta is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support brokerage operations by coordinating client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Assist with the execution of transactions in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market information.
• Prepare reports and documentation.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to clarify requirements and resolve routine issues.
• Collaborate closely with senior brokers, operations, and compliance teams to ensure efficient, transparent service delivery.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Proficiency with basic financial or trading platforms.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numerical skills to review transaction details, interpret market data, and support informed brokerage decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and document information clearly.
• Sound organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, manage documentation, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant internship or entry-level experience in brokerage, financial services, or operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Tiruvallur.
