Job Responsibilities
- Make connections with guests and co-workers
- Share passion for the mountains during service
- Follow leadership guidelines outlined during daily pre-shift meetings
- Set beverage stations and food displays
- Operate a cashier station
- Greet guests
- Bus tables
- Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
- Other duties as assigned
Role Overview
A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support a one-resort mentality. This could include roles in:
- Mountain Activities
- Retail Rental operations
- Ticket sales or scanning
- Lift Operations
- Base Area Operations
Job Tasks Include
- Bussing
- Cleaning washrooms
- Merchandising
- Greeting and directing guests
- Dishwashing
- Cashier work
- Barista work
- Prepping and serving food items
- Putting away food orders and keeping the warehouse organized
Requirements & Tech Stack
- We will teach you all necessary skills to execute your job safely; no formal experience is needed
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
- Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends & holidays
