About the Role
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily production activities on the shop floor, ensuring production schedules are followed and targets are met in line with quality and safety standards. This role involves coordinating production planning, allocating resources, assigning tasks, and monitoring workflow to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. The Production Supervisor will supervise team members, provide guidance and support, address operational issues, and promote adherence to standard operating procedures. This role also includes communicating with management and other departments to report production status, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production schedules are followed and targets are met.
- Maintain quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate production planning.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience working with Production Schedules and Production Planning to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.
- Hands-on Production Management experience, including oversight of processes, equipment, and safety practices.
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations, preferably in the automotive or related engineering sector.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Proven track record of maintaining safe work environments and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
