About The Opportunity
A dynamic studio in the digital entertainment space, producing high-impact webseries and microdramas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the AI-assisted editing of webseries & microdramas, optimizing pacing, emotional beats, and narrative flow using Adobe Premiere Pro and AI tools.
- Collaborate with directors and writers to translate scripts into tight, high-impact edits for 30-90 second formats for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
- Train and fine-tune AI video models to auto-detect key moments and suggest cuts, transitions, or sound cues.
- Implement automated workflows using Premiere Pro scripts, DaVinci Resolve macros, or custom Python tools to boost throughput by 40%+.
- Run A/B tests on different edit styles and report on engagement metrics.
- Mentor junior editors on AI tools and best practices for mobile-first storytelling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pictory, Descript)
- Python scripting for video automation
- Mobile-first content editing
- Storytelling for short-form video
- Engagement analytics (e.g., YouTube Studio, TikTok Insights)
- Version control (Git) for project assets

- Experience with LLM-driven scene suggestion tools
- Background in social media virality or influencer content
- Knowledge of Indian regional language content workflows
