About the Role

As we expand in the Raleigh market, we are seeking motivated, growth-minded individuals to develop skills in sales, marketing, leadership, and business management. The Management Training Program offers practical experience across multiple business areas to build a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities.

What You’ll Learn

Our cross-training program provides exposure to four key areas:

• Sales & Marketing

• Learn face-to-face marketing, customer engagement, and client campaign execution.

• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Gain hands-on experience representing established brands and nonprofit organizations.

• Leadership Development

• Build teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Learn recruitment, team development, and training fundamentals.

• Develop the ability to motivate others and contribute to team performance.

• Administration & Operations

• Gain exposure to daily business operations and organizational processes.

• Learn the fundamentals of scheduling, reporting, and campaign coordination.

• Understand how different business functions work together to achieve shared goals.

• Management & Business Development

• Develop an understanding of team performance, goal setting, and business growth.

• Gain experience supporting team development and operational efficiency.

• Build skills for future leadership and management opportunities as the business grows.
