About the Role

Zayman Tech AI is seeking a full-time, on-site Network Support Engineer. This role involves monitoring network performance, responding to incidents, and providing technical support for network-related issues across infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance.
• Respond to network incidents.
• Provide technical support for network-related issues across switches, routers, firewalls, and other infrastructure components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
• Implement configuration changes.
• Assist with routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal uptime and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to maintain secure network environments.
• Document procedures and solutions.
• Support users with network access and related inquiries.
• Follow established processes and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of network operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Network Administration skills.
• Network Engineering skills for managing and optimizing LAN/WAN environments.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving network incidents and user-reported issues.
• Network Security skills for implementing secure configurations, access controls, and basic firewall policies.
• Familiarity with routing and switching protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF).
• Experience with common network hardware and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to document configurations and procedures.
• Willingness to work on-site in a collaborative team environment in Hyderabad.
• Beneficial qualifications:
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.
