Key Responsibilities

• Partner with your RN preceptor to support patient care through observation, documentation, and clear communication.
• Assist with physician and nursing care plans to help deliver safe, coordinated care.
• Monitor, communicate, and document changes in patient condition.
• Strengthen clinical thinking and judgement through structured transition-to-practice experiences that support safe, competent, person-centered care.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.)
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

• Less than one year of RN experience (Preference)
